Description
Feeding Fish casts you as a small fish with an enormous appetite, darting around the ocean in search of worms while much larger predators patrol the same water. The premise is instantly clear: eat everything edible, grow bold, and stay far away from the sharks that would love to make a meal out of you.
Controls are simple and direct, with the fish following your taps, clicks, or arrow key input as you steer it through the water. Worms appear scattered around the ocean, and each one you swallow adds to your score. Nothing stops you from eating to your heart's content, but you are never alone in the sea, so every detour toward a worm is also a small risk calculation.
The sharks are what turn a gentle feeding session into a proper arcade challenge. They wander the deeper parts of the ocean hunting for a little fish exactly like you, and one touch ends the run. As your session goes on you spend more and more time threading between them, and the worms that sit near a patrolling shark start to look less like lunch and more like bait.
Survival comes down to patience and positioning. Keep an eye on the sharks' movement patterns rather than staring at your own fish, and do not chase a worm the moment it appears if a predator is drifting toward the same spot. It is often smarter to circle wide and let a shark pass than to squeeze through a tight gap. Grab the safe, nearby worms steadily and your score climbs faster than you would expect.
Feeding Fish is a charming pick for casual players and younger gamers who like the classic eat-and-avoid formula. It costs nothing to play, loads straight in the browser, and the constant tug between greed and caution gives it more tension than its cute premise suggests.
